At JDP & Co., Padam leads the firm’s Assurance Support Services practice, managing offshore engagements and supporting US CPA firms with high-quality audit deliverables. He also spearheads India entry support and Virtual CFO (VCFO) services for multinational companies, advising them on regulatory setup, tax structuring, and overseeing end-to-end finance functions including controllership, reporting, and compliance.

Previously, he worked with S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP (a member firm of EY) as Manager in the Assurance service line, where he led assignments involving statutory audits, Ind AS (IFRS) conversions, group reporting, tax audits, and capital market transactions such as IPOs and QIPs.

Padam has served a wide spectrum of clients from start-ups to listed entities across industries such as infrastructure, IT/ITeS, manufacturing, real estate, and aviation, under Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS frameworks. His cross-border exposure and leadership in managing complex financial operations make him a trusted advisor to both domestic and global clients.

Dikshit is a Partner at JDP & Co., specializing in taxation, regulatory advisory, and structural business transformation. A Chartered Accountant with additional certifications as a Registered Valuer, DISA-qualified professional, and Social Auditor, Dikshit brings a multifaceted approach to modern tax and corporate advisory services.

He advises clients on a wide range of tax and regulatory matters including India entry strategies, IND-AS impact assessments, reassessment proceedings (148/Set-aside/regular assessments), international taxation, Transfer Pricing. His experience also covers TDS litigation and representation before tax authorities.

Dikshit leads the firm’s Virtual CFO (VCFO) engagements for large technology companies and has advised on complex restructuring mandates involving mergers, demergers, and business conversions from non-corporate to corporate structures. He also supports SME clients in preparing for capital market access through SME IPO listings.
